A burst pipe, slab leak or roof leak leaves two jobs: removing what's damaged and rebuilding what's gone. Ori-Builders does both under one roof. We're a licensed general contractor with a TDLR mold remediation license (RCO1808), so we can remove water-damaged and moldy materials correctly, then put your home back together.
How it works
1. Call us as soon as the water is stopped, and we'll schedule an on-site estimate.
2. Independent assessment: for mold jobs over 25 square feet, Texas rules require a licensed mold assessor to write the plan. You choose the assessor, and we follow their protocol.
3. Remediation and drying: we contain the area, remove damaged materials and clean.
4. Clearance: the assessor confirms the area passed before we close the walls.
5. Rebuild: we restore the space, often better than before.

We hired Ori Builders to install 2 pocket doors in our house. Quick easy estimate, price was on par with expectations. Work was completed efficiently and took care to minimize dust.
